What happened
During a flight from Wamena to Jayapura, the crew of the aircraft experienced a malfunction involving the loss of pressure within the hydraulic system. Despite these technical difficulties, the crew proceeded with a standard approach and successfully touched down at Jayapura-Sentani Airport.
As the aircraft was decelerating on the runway at a speed of approximately 60 knots, it began to drift toward the left side of the pavement. The aircraft subsequently exited the runway surface and traveled into a nearby ravine.
