IndiGo names Gaurav Hazrati to lead loyalty and financial services

IndiGo has named Gaurav Hazrati as Business Head for Loyalty, Marketplaces & Financial Services, effective 30 September 2026. According to the airline, he will focus on developing the Indigo BluChip frequent-flyer programme and growing its business with travel platforms and financial services.

Hazrati has more than 18 years of experience building customer-loyalty programmes and financial services. He was chief executive and director of Tata Payments, and president of financial services at Tata Digital, where he worked on payment services, credit cards, loans, insurance and investment products.

The airline said his earlier roles included positions at Axis Direct and IndusInd Bank.

The appointment puts the loyalty programme and the carrier's financial-services activities under one business head.
