The Airbus A320-251N (serial number 10342) was also a transport category aircraft, crewed by six personnel and carrying 148 passengers. No injuries were reported for either aircraft.
Sequence of Events
The Boeing 767, having received instructions from air traffic control, began taxiing towards the active runway at Ministro Pistarini Airport for a scheduled commercial flight to Arturo Merino Benitez Airport in Chile.
