On February 21, 2024, at 23:43 UTC, a Boeing 737-8AS (registration LV-HKS) operated by FB Líneas Aéreas S.A. as flight FO5106 was in the initial climb phase after departing from Ministro Pistarini International Airport (Ezeiza), Buenos Aires, bound for Mayor D. Carlos Eduardo Krause Airport in Iguazú. While over the Gregorio de Laferrere area in the southwest of the Buenos Aires metropolitan region, the aircraft experienced a failure of its onboard systems. The flight crew decided to return to the departure airport. The aircraft subsequently landed without further incident.
