What happened
During a departure from Leshukonskoye, an aircraft experienced a critical loss of control immediately following liftoff. The flight ended when the plane impacted a nearby ravine. While the impact resulted in the aircraft being damaged beyond repair, there were no fatalities among the occupants, and all individuals on board survived the accident.
Findings
Investigations into the crash revealed that the aircraft was operating under unsafe conditions prior to takeoff. The primary contributing factors included the fact that the maximum takeoff weight (MTOW) had been exceeded. Additionally, the aircraft's center of gravity was positioned outside of the permitted operational envelope, specifically being located too far aft. These combined issues of overweight loading and improper weight distribution led to the loss of control during the initial climb phase.
