Accident Details
A crew was conducting a local training mission at Jakarta-Kemayoran Airport. The training involved several touch-and-go maneuvers with one engine voluntarily inoperative. After completing a successful landing, the pilot-in-command initiated rotation for another takeoff. During the initial climb, the airplane stalled and subsequently crashed.
The aircraft came to rest on the runway in a gear-up and flaps-down configuration. The impact and subsequent slide caused damage beyond repair.
Aftermath
All three crew members sustained injuries in the accident. No other individuals were involved. The aircraft was destroyed, with damage considered beyond economical repair.
