AIRCRAFT 1 HAD A STUCK MIC AND WAS ADVISED THAT HE WOULD FOLLOW AIRCRAFT 2 THROUGH THE INTERSECTION. LC1 INSTRUCTED AIRCRAFT 1 TO GO AROUND MULTIPLE TIMES BUT THE PILOT DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE. AIRCRAFT 2 HAD NOT BEEN ADVISED OF THE CONFLICTING TRAFFIC AND INITIATED A GO AROUND AFTER THEY CROSSED THE RUNWAY 26L EXTENDED CENTERLINE. AIRCRAFT 1 LANDED RUNWAY 26L WITHOUT ATC CLEARANCE. IT IS ESTIMATE THAT AIRCRAFT 2 WAS ABOUT 600 FEET FROM THE INTERSECTION WHEN AIRCRAFT 1 WAS CLEARING IT AND A DIRECT OVERFLIGHT DID NOT OCCUR. CLOSEST PROXIMITY PRIOR TO COURSE DIVERGENCE WAS APPROXIMATELY 150FT LATERALLY AND 50FT VERTICALLY.

THE CLOSEST PROXIMITY WAS APPROXIMATELY 2361 FEET. AIRCRAFT 2 OVERFLEW AIRCRAFT 1 BY APPROXIMATELY 250 FEET.
