What happened
During a climb following departure from the Kaduna Military Airfield, the aircraft experienced a sudden loss of control. The descent ended when the plane struck a house situated within the Ribadu Cantonment. Upon impact, the wreckage ignited, causing a large fire.
There were seven fatalities recorded during the accident, involving the entire group on board. The occupants included the pilot, the co-pilot, two engineers, and three passengers.
Findings
Investigations into the event indicate that the aircraft became uncontrollable during the initial climb phase of the flight.
