Icelandair mechanics end strike after one day
Mechanics at Icelandair called off industrial action that began early on 23 September and had forced the carrier to cancel flights. The airline said it expected its schedule to return to normal later the same day.

Condor to start twice-daily Stockholm Arlanda–Frankfurt flights in 2027
Condor will launch a twice-daily service between Stockholm Arlanda and Frankfurt on 13 May 2027, using Airbus A320-family aircraft. The airline says the route expands its European city network and builds Frankfurt as a connecting hub.

Air Astana still plans US flights, pending Russian overflight rights
Air Astana says it needs to cross Russian airspace to make planned US services viable, and is conducting a safety assessment before deciding. The carrier now targets a possible launch in late 2027.
